How does TwitterMLS work?
We provide a system where agents can quickly and easily get their listings out on one of the largest social networks in the world at almost no cost. Any user in the USA and the world with Twitter can then access and read all about that property by just following the link from their cell or their PC. Each city has it own user group that the posts go to that can be followed by anyone on Twitter. For instance, if you select New York, it will go out to ANYONE who is following the New York user group “NewYork_mls”. They don’t even have to be in New York. If they are interested in NY property they will see your listing for free!! They can scroll down that group and see any other listings that were posted too!
How much will it cost me?
It’s just 10¢ per listing per post AND can be posted to any city or multiple cities. That’s right; you can hit every city in the country for a dime. That’s it, AND you can keep the listing fresh by reposting it automatically. You can set it up to repost for you daily, weekly or monthly by the system. You don’t have go in manually and repost it.
Do I need to be on Twitter?
No you don’t need to be on Twitter. You just need to know where you want the listing advertised (what cities) and the URL (the link) so people can click on it and see your listing. That’s it, you don’t need to be a technology wiz and you don’t need to know all the fancy stuff. Just follow the prompts on our site. It’s fast and easy.
Do I have to be a real estate agent to advertise?
No, ANYONE can advertise. You can join as an individual or a company of up to 10 users. You just need to know where you want the listing advertised (what cities) and the URL (the link) so people can click on it and see your listing.
Is there a limit to how many listings I can post per month?
No there is no limit at all.
